| Q: How do I find events on the Canberra Calendar ? |
A: When you first arrive at the Canberracalendar.com.au homepage, you will notice that the default listings are for 'Featured Events' occuring over the next 7 days. Clicking the "Show All Events" tab will display all event listings. You can filter events from either tab in the following ways:
To view upcoming events over a certain period from the current day, use the "Display Events for:" drop-down menu at the top of the listings display. You can select events from the next 7 days through to the next 12 months.
To view events listed on a particular date, click on the mini calendar icon alongside the "Or a specific date:" field at the top of the listings display. A small calendar will pop-up, from which you can select any date and the events listed for that day only will be displayed.
To view events within a certain date range, use the mini calendar icons in the "View events within a date range:" field situated below the event listings. This is helpful to view events for times such as School Holiday periods etc.
There are also other filters, such as Event Area and Categories, which will display only events in those areas or under those categories.
Throughout the website you will see "Search for an Event" fields at the top right of the main section of the page. Entering a keyword will return listings containing that keyword. . |

| A: You can upload an image to include with your event listing. Image formats accepted are .jpeg, .jpg, .gif and .png. Images are automatically re-sized in the background by the website when uploaded. . |
